This program is designed for students who will enter their final year of university after the internship and expect to complete their studies in summer 2028.



With a high level of English and a keen interest in global financial markets, you will gain hands-on professional experience in an international and fast-paced environment. The full-time internship will run from June or July to August or September 2027, depending on the country.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
As part of Santander Future Talents: Santander CIB Summer Internship Program Europe - Global Markets - Trading, you will contribute to General Markets activities and work alongside experienced professionals across Europe. Some of your responsibilities will be:
Support the pricing and execution of transactions across asset classes such as interest rates, foreign exchange, credit, equity derivatives, cash equities and securities finance.
Monitor and analyse market movements, helping identify opportunities and understand real-time risk management.
Collaborate with Sales colleagues to support trading strategies that respond to client needs.
