You will manage the creator collaboration pipeline from discovery and outreach through campaign delivery and publication.
The role combines influencer research, relationship building, pipeline management, and campaign coordination.
You will evaluate creators based on engagement, audience relevance, content quality, and brand alignment—not simply follower counts.

Accountabilities
Discover and vet relevant creators across Instagram and TikTok using native platforms and influencer discovery tools, assessing engagement, average views, audience relevance, content consistency, production quality, and brand fit.
Conduct personalized creator outreach and structured follow-up sequences based on creator profiles, priorities, and campaign objectives.
Maintain an organized creator pipeline by accurately tracking communications, creator records, campaign status, priorities, and next steps in CRM and other systems.
Coordinate creator collaborations end to end, from initial outreach and briefing through product development, content review, approval, and final publication.
Ensure creators understand creative briefs, deadlines, required tags, promotional codes, deliverables, and other campaign requirements.
