The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

You play a critical role in leading and developing Le Creuset’s integrated comms strategy for the brand across digital, PR, media and partnerships.



You lead and refine our brand product & culinary content and evolve our presence within the culinary and other influential home & design sectors. You play a pivotal leadership role within the team and organization to tell an authentic and consistent brand story across our brand comms and lead the execution of our annual brand platform strategy. Using an authentic brand voice, you develop the Le Creuset point of view on brand campaigns, delivered via new product launches and brand building comms. You bring a unique combination of industry-relevant knowledge and marketing experience; your editorial insight highly influences our programming for consumer-facing brand content.

You are comfortable communicating in a Le Creuset brand voice, customizing messages to platforms and recognizing and orchestrating content needs across the team. Your role is central to delivering a refined and positive consumer experience supporting Le Creuset’s premium positioning, focused on building brand equity and converting that to consumer acquisitio
