The opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Underwriter, Professional Indemnity, to join our team in Spain on a permanent basis.

This is a key role within QBE's Financial Lines business in Spain,



offering the opportunity to take ownership of a complex Professional Indemnity portfolio and contribute to its continued development and profitable growth. Working closely with brokers, customers and colleagues across Europe, you will play an important role in shaping underwriting strategy, strengthening market relationships and delivering sustainable portfolio performance.

Beyond day-to-day underwriting responsibilities, you will act as a recognised technical specialist, providing insight on complex risks, contributing to underwriting excellence and supporting the development of best practices across the business. The role offers significant exposure to challenging and diverse risks, as well as the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a strategically important portfolio within QBE.
