Job Overview
We are currently looking for a motivated candidate for the French Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide premium technical support for iRobot consumer electronics products to French-speaking customers.
Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues related to robotic household devices.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service.




Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system to ensure quality tracking.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex consumer electronics malfunctions.
Guide users through the setup and maintenance of smart home appliances via phone, email, and chat.
Stay updated on new product releases to provide expert advice and technical guidance.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Passion for consumer electronics and modern technology.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered an advantage for this French Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
Ability to thrive in an international office environment located in Sofia.
