The role sits within a Commercial Systems environment responsible for connecting business applications, improving data flows, and automating operational processes. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams across multiple regions while managing critical escalations and complex assignments. The position combines Jira administration with Python development, process improvement, data integration, and stakeholder management. Accountabilities




Manage and administer Atlassian Jira Cloud, ensuring reliable configuration and effective adoption across technical and non-technical teams.
Design, document, implement, and continuously improve Jira-based processes and automation that increase operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain integrations between Jira and the organization’s data warehouse, supporting accurate and timely data flows.
Build analytical dashboards and reporting capabilities that enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Create scalable learning resources and documentation that help teams understand and use Jira effectively.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, support, and other general stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
Take ownership of critical escalations, investigate issues thoroughly, and drive timely resolution while maintaining high engineering and documentation
