Mission
The Avionics V&V; Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading the verification and validation strategy for avionics products across their full lifecycle, from early development and qualification campaigns to recurrent production and acceptance testing.
This role ensures that test activities are properly defined, planned, executed, reviewed and closed, generating robust technical evidence to demonstrate product compliance, maturity and readiness for integration or flight. The position requires coordinating multidisciplinary activities, anticipating verification risks, driving process standardization and transforming testing into a repeatable, scalable and industrialized capability.
