We continue to grow We are currently looking for a Brand Manager for the Central Europe region for our Salty Snacks business.

MISSION
The Brand Manager Central Europe exists to accelerate brand growth and build a distinctive, locally relevant position for the brand, with Germany as the primary focus and additional scope across Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. The role translates the European brand strategy into clear market growth agendas,



ensuring strong consumer relevance, effective commercial execution, disciplined budget management, and alignment across sales, category management, supply chain, finance, agencies, and regional marketing teams. It creates value by driving brand equity, trial, distribution, rate of sale, and profitable market share growth across key Central European markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the annual brand plan for Central Europe, with Germany as the main priority and tailored growth plans for Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
Build deep understanding of Central European consumers, channels, competitors, retailers, and category dynamics, while keeping Germany as the main strategic focus.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including media, digital, influencer, shopper, PR, experiential, and in-store activation plans.
Partner with sales and category management to strengthen distribution, visibili
