Mission
The Delivery Manager (DM) is a trusted business advisor to clients, working with both senior leadership and operational stakeholders to drive outcomes across strategy,
design, deployment, and operations.
The DM orchestrates the full portfolio of Kudelski Security services delivered to clients, managing both reactive and proactive service engagements and ensuring seamless coordination across all service lines.
The DM oversees service delivery end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution, acting as an escalation point, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success throughout the lifecycle of Kudelski Security services.
