Join MSC Cruises' Excellence Hub in Valencia as a Sales Team Leader and lead our Sales Agents in a dynamic, international sales environment.

Your mission will be to coach, motivate and develop your team while driving sales performance, conversion and revenue, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Your Impact

Lead, coach and motivate Sales Agents through daily feedback and performance support.
Monitor team performance across sales, conversion, upselling, revenue, productivity, CSAT and quality KPIs.
Provide real-time coaching on consultative selling, objection handling and closing techniques.
Support agents with complex customer situations and high-value bookings.
Identify performance gaps and implement actions to improve sales results and individual performance.
Manage real-time team operations, including breaks and intra-shift adjustments.




Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Regional Management, Quality and WFM teams.

Your Journey so far

4 years of sales experience in a target-driven environment.
Previous Team Leader experience is a plus, but strong leadership potential is essential.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Strong commercial mindset and coaching skills.
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, OTA, cruise or complex-product sales is an advantage.
Native-level German required to support the DACH market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). additional languages are a plus.
