The company is strengthening its internal finance operations and is looking for an experienced accounting professional who can bring the same level of precision and attention to detail to its financial function.
About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished QuickBooks Financial Controller with deep, hands-on QuickBooks expertise to take ownership of the company's accounting operations.
Reporting directly to the CFO,



you will have full responsibility for the General Ledger, lead the transition from an outside accounting firm to a fully in-house accounting function, manage monthly close and reconciliations, prepare financial reporting, and oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team.
QuickBooks expertise is essential for this position. This role requires more than day-to-day usage. You must be comfortable configuring and optimizing QuickBooks and have experience with QuickBooks implementations.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is highly accurate, independent, comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, and willing to support operational responsibilities beyond traditional accounting when needed.
