As a documentation department you’ll get to know all dsm-firmenich products related documents and get familiar with several requirements and questionnaires from our customers.

This will include helping to ensure business continuity, define the process, set-up a new system and prepare for the future needs of registration and delivery certificates. Digitalisation is a key factor. The ideal candidate brings a level of business accumen, strong organization skills, curiosity and a drive to help shaping the future

Your Key Responsibilities

Execute registration/delivery/religious certificates - responding to regional documentation requests, processing documents for legalization, organizing signatures
Develop future process and implementation - given new business model and evolution of regional requirements
Support definition, design and development of new system - to automate as much as possible and improve/ensure efficiency of document request and delivery
Participate in general alignment processes.
