In this role you drive revenue growth across Emmes’ CRO services and AI-enabled software solutions. You will build executive-level relationships with pharma, biotech, government, and research organizations, and lead strategic account plans. You’ll blend CRO capabilities with software offerings to deliver end-to-end clinical development support. The role is remote for Europe with travel to customer sites as needed. This is a high-visibility, hunter-focused leadership position that shapes how Emmes partners across ecosystems to accelerate medical discovery.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Drive net-new business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts across CRO and software offerings
• Meet or exceed annual sales, bookings, and revenue targets
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic account management
• Identify opportunities early in the buying cycle and influence procurement
• Develop territory and account plans aligned with growth objectives
• Position Emmes as a differentiated provider of combined clinical services and technology solutions
• Sell CRO capabilities (clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, regulatory support, consulting, and therapeutic expertise)
• Sell software/technology (clinical data platforms, digital trial solutions, AI-enabled analytics, data intelligence, OT solutions)
• Develop consultative solutions that merge services and software to address client challenges
• Engage senior stakeholders and lead executive meetings, demonstrations, proposals, and bid defenses
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer investment strategies to identify opportunities
• Lead pursuit teams and align resources across sales, solution design, and delivery
• Maintain disciplined CRM practices and provide accurate forecasts and re
