We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day management of customer orders and in coordinating activities across customers, Sales, and different Supply Chain teams. You will help ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries are executed efficiently, and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities
What will you do?
Order Management & Delivery

- Review and validate customer orders, including standard, promotional, sample, and donation orders.




- Process order changes and cancellations.
- Check product availability and coordinate quantities with the Supply Planning team.
- Create and update delivery information in the system.
- Monitor undelivered orders and ensure they are properly closed.
- Manage blocked orders by identifying issues and coordinating their resolution.
- Optimize orders and transportation combinations to improve logistics efficiency.
- Manage returns, refusals, and empty packaging returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics information for customers and products.
- Prepare and share relevant reports and performance information.

Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and address specific requirements.
