CGT Alkor, the Group's European branch (160 employees, €60M turnover, headquartered in Liancourt, France), ranks nº2 in Europe for reinforced PVC pool membranes. To support our growth in the Iberian Peninsula, we are looking for our Business Development Manager for Spain.

YOUR MISSION

You will be the face of the CGT Alkor brand in Spain. Your objective: grow brand recognition and market share for our reinforced PVC membrane range, first in Spain and, in a second phase, in Portugal.




You will work hand in hand with our exclusive Spanish distributor and its network of 20+ distribution centers across five regions: Cataluña, Levante, Madrid, South and North.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Business and brand development
- Promote the CGT Alkor brand and our reinforced PVC pool membranes throughout Spain.
- Visit our customer's distribution centers regularly, ensure the CGT corner is correctly displayed in each shop, and build strong relationships with every local manager and sales manager.
- Specify our solutions with pool builders and installers, and identify future brand ambassadors in Spain.
- Drive active prospecting and maintain a permanent watch on competition.

Distributor support
- Train, motivate and support our customer's sales teams, including joint visits to their own customers.
- Propose and support distributor events.
