The Opportunity
Hyatt is looking for an Associate Manager, CRM , Digital Campaigns & Projects to join the Digital & Direct Channel team in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, working under a hybrid model.

In this role, you will contribute to the growth of Hyatt’s direct channels through the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM and digital campaigns, as well as the coordination of projects related to the digital and web experience. You will work with regional and integral teams, hotels, agencies,



and external partners to drive customer and World of Hyatt member acquisition, conversion, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
