About The Spain Programme
The ECF Spain Programme collaborates with a diverse range of stakeholders, including civil society organisations, think tanks, policymakers, business representatives and academic institutions, to advance climate and energy transition objectives in Spain.
The programme seeks to strengthen political support for climate action and contribute to the development of practical and socially inclusive decarbonisation solutions.
Objectives of the assignment
ECF is seeking proposals from qualified independent consultants to provide programme coordination,
operational support and stakeholder engagement services to the Spain Programme over an anticipated period of 18 months.
The selected consultant will provide specialised support services aimed at enhancing programme delivery, facilitating stakeholder engagement, supporting grant-making processes and improving information management and operational effectiveness.
The consultant shall determine the most appropriate methodology, work organisation and approach to deliver the agreed services and outputs.
Scope of services
Programme Coordination and Reporting Support:
Provide programme coordination services supporting the planning, monitoring and reporting of programme activities.
Prepare summaries, briefing materials, reports and supporting documentation for programme activities and decision-making processes.
Maintain agreed project documentation repositories and information management systems.
