Velaris Wealth Management is a boutique international wealth management company helping expatriates, digital nomads, entrepreneurs and internationally mobile professionals make better decisions about their savings, investments, retirement, protection and wealth planning.

We are growing our client base internationally and are looking for a Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter to help us identify potential clients and turn them into qualified meetings.

What you will do
Your main goal is simple: find the right people and get them on a call with our financial advisers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Researching and identifying potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, online communities and other sources
Building targeted prospect lists based on predefined client profiles
Finding decision-makers and relevant contacts
Initiating conversations via LinkedIn, email and other communication channels
Using prepared scripts and adapting them naturally to each prospect
Following up with prospects systematically
Qualifying prospects based on basic criteria such as location,



profession, financial goals and interest in wealth planning
Booking qualified appointments directly into the adviser’s calendar
Maintaining accurate information in our CRM
Tracking conversations, follow-ups and appointment results
Testing different approaches and improving response and conversion rates
Working closely with the adviser to continuously improve the prospecting process

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is proactive, persistent and comfortable starting conversations with people they don’t know.
You don’t need to be a financial expert. We can teach you the basics of our services and target audience.

What matters more:
Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales development, recruitment or business development
Excellent written English
Strong communication skills
Confidence communicating with professionals and high-net-worth indiv
