The Education Account Manager – Value Partnerships serves as the strategic relationship owner and executive advisor for Value Partnership and Enterprise Services accounts nationwide. This role is responsible for developing and managing senior-level customer relationships, including C-suite and executive stakeholders, while ensuring the successful execution of customer education and workforce development strategies. Acting as both a consultative partner and operational leader, this individual aligns customer business objectives, workforce outcomes, and organizational priorities with the full EWS portfolio. The Education Account Manager will influence executive decision-making,



identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Enterprise Services, EWS Operations, Product Development, and other business functions to ensure commitments are delivered with excellence. Success in this role requires executive presence, strong business acumen, consultative engagement skills, and the ability to translate strategic customer objectives into actionable delivery plans that generate measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned Value Partnership and Enterprise Services customers, building trusted relationships from operational stakeholders through C-suite executives.
Act as a consultative advisor to customer leadership by aligning education and workforce development strategies with business, operational, and patient care objectives.
