The Role

As Group HR Compliance Projects Associate, you will be a key member of the Group Employee & Labour Relations team, supporting the design and delivery of strategic HR compliance initiatives across Verisure’s international footprint.

The role is focused on translating HR compliance requirements into solutions, working closely with Country HR teams and Group stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, HRIS and other Group functions.

You will lead and coordinate cross-country HR compliance projects, from initial assessment and benchmarking through solution design, implementation and follow-up. You will act as a pragmatic project partner to countries, promoting knowledge sharing and consistency across the Group and you will bring a strong project management and analytical mindset, ensuring that projects are delivered consistently across countries while taking account of local legal requirements and business realities.

This is a highly international role requiring strong stakeholder management,



analytical capabilities and the ability to drive complex projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Compliance Projects

Lead and coordinate cross-country HR compliance projects from scoping and assessment through implementation and follow-up.
Define project scope, milestones, deliverables and timelines, coordinating stakeholders across countries and Group functions (e.g. Group ESG Function, Group Compliance Function and other relevant Group functions.)
Track implementation progress, risks and dependencies, and provide clear updates and recommendations to senior HR stakeholders.
Assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Translate legal, regulatory and internal requirements into practical HR solutions, frameworks and implementation plans.
Assess country practices, identify compliance gaps and define required actions in partnership with Country HR teams and support countries through implementation, facilitating pr
