We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the international rollout of Coupa P2P for a leading global insurance group.

? International scope: Colombia, Mexico & Argentina
? Permanent contract or Freelance

? Your mission
Lead Change Management activities across multiple countries.
Develop and coordinate change, communication & training plans.
Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and resistance management.
Coordinate deliverables, actions and timelines across general and local teams.
Support Go-Live & Hypercare activities.

? We’re looking for
Proven experience in Change Management & international transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Excellent project coordination & stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with training, communication and change adoption.
English & Spanish fluent.

⭐ Experience with Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft is a plus.
