In this role you drive the design and execution of early clinical development and clinical pharmacology studies to evaluate safety and efficacy of innovative treatments. You will lead cross-functional programs, develop strategic development plans, and author key scientific and regulatory documents. Working closely with physicians, statisticians, and operations, you shape program direction and ensure timely, compliant deliverables. This position offers the opportunity to influence clinical strategies in a values-driven, collaborative environment.

• Review and summarize safety/efficacy data with Medical Monitor
• Collaborate with Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology, Translational Sciences and Statistics to develop protocols and analyses
• Contribute to program strategy and development plans for assigned compounds/programs
• Draft and review clinical documents (INDs, amendments, Investigator Brochures, Annual Reports) for Health Authority submissions
• Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets for deliverables

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years’ experience with PhD/MD/PharmD or 10+ years with BS/MS xqbhyrx in early development/clinical pharmacology
• Ability to critically analyze problems and propose creative solutions
• Experience in clinical pharmacology, immunology or oncology preferred
• Early phase/Phase I experience required
