Let’s Talk About The Role

The Finance Operations IA Expert will support GE Vernova’s Electrification AI Transformation Program through financial operations, budget tracking, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights. The role will drive Standard Work, process transformation, Lean, and AI-enabled automation, while supporting key stakeholders and ensuring operational excellence and effective execution.

What You’ll Do





Track and consolidate the overall program budget across multiple projects, ensuring data accuracy and financial transparency.
Monitor budget performance, identify variances and risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to support financial decisions.
Define and track project and program-level KPIs, providing clear visibility of financial and operational performance.
Prepare automated weekly reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates on project health, deliverables, progress against plan, and overall performance.
Lead the creation, documentation, and implementation of Standard Work to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, contributing to Lean and process transformation initiatives.
