A strategist who executes. Someone who can walk in, audit our presence, put a plan in front of us with clear reasoning, and then own its delivery from concept to published.

We're increasing our marketing presence and systemising it, and this role sits at the centre of that. You'll work in a focused team and directly alongside our Creative Director on strategy and execution.

What you'll own

Marketing strategy across all channels — you'll audit, plan, prioritise and present, then execute

Social media — LinkedIn, Instagram and the rest, with a genuine understanding of what each platform is for

YouTube strategy — working closely with our Creative Director on the content direction, optimisation and growth, with a real grasp of retention, CTR and more

Email & newsletters — segmentation, campaigns and the numbers behind them

Content repurposing — finding opportunities in turning long-form video and shoots into Shorts, Reels, posts and email snippets that don't feel recycled
