Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information. For our new Energy Infrastructure and Mobility division (located in Madrid), we are looking for a Legal Counsel experienced in Corporate who will join the Legal Department, reporting to a Senior Lawyer.
Funciones
1.



Support in all corporate aspects and handling secretariat and corporate compliance of all legal entities of the division. (direct corporate housekeeping of Spanish legal entities; and supervision of companies abroad) 2. Active participation in supporting projects of all kind: M&A; transactions, bidding and PFIs, Joint Ventures, etc. either directly or interacting with local law firm. 3. Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts of different nature. 4. Legal analysis of investment, divestment or bid proposals so that they are presented in accordance with internal regulations, drafting the corresponding legal report analyzing risks with the aim of providing information and recommendations for decision making. 5. Responsible for incorporation of new companies, instrumenting capital increases/reductions and other corporate operations as well as any restructuring or reorganization that may arise as a result of a certain transact
