(Junior) HR Marketing Specialist (f/m/d):

This position will involve a blend of digital marketing, creative, content development skills related to HR activities, all intended to build Rhenus employer branding and networks. Therefore,

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- You will plan and manage recruitment and social media campaigns and also be responsible for newsletter and intranet content.
- Within this role, you will establish and develop European wide university collaborations.
- Your responsibility will also include identifying the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.
- Your role will include monitoring Glassdoor, LinkedIn and to plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers and manage the employee referral system.
- Furthermore, you responsibility will include to design and plan recruiting events and serve as brand ambassador.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field.
