Valeo Martosis looking for an R&D; Product Technical Leaderto join our team.
As the person accountable for R&D; deliverables, you will lead robust product design under the most demanding quality standards ( CPM/CLEAN Project Management), ensuring that both the economic and technical milestones of the project are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure robust designaligned with cost targets and company standardization rules.
- Act as the R&D; representativetowards the customer.
- Organize and ensure the executionof critical design reviews (including Purchasing and Industrialization).
- Develop detailed schedules, define investment needs, and manage expenditures.
- Coordinate R&D; contributors,
ensuring alignment between project needs and departmental availability.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Engineering(Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or similar).
- Proven track recordin the automotive sector.
- Previous experienceas a Team Leader, Project Lead, or a similar role managing technical teams.
- High level of English(B2/C1).
- Geographical mobility(on-site position).
