Position: Sales & Events Coordinator

Position Overview

The Sales & Events Coordinator plays a key role in driving revenue through private events, group bookings, and celebrations at Nikki Beach Ibiza. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of events, from initial inquiry to execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences aligned with the Nikki Beach brand.

Working closely with the Regional Sales & Events Manager and General Manager, the role requires strong coordination skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of the season’s sales and events budget targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for all private events and group reservation inquiries from initial request through to execution, follow-up, and wrap-up.
- Maintain daily communication with clients, partners,



and suppliers to ensure events meet and exceed expectations.
- Manage all operational and administrative aspects of events, including:
- Preparing contracts and proposals
- Creating detailed BEOs
- Managing invoices and documentation
- Booking artists and entertainment
- Maintaining accurate records in the event tracker
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships (e.g., furniture, lighting, sound, technical services).
- Ensure DJ and entertainment contracts comply with Spanish legislation.
- Analyze event performance and prepare post-event reports and P&Ls; in collaboration with Management.
- Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues on event days.
- Coordinate and organize staff during events, ensuring smooth execution and strong teamwork.
