We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will work on a large volume, high-profile translation project.

Responsibilities: Work as a member of our UK Operations Team and manage the production of language services for high-profile clients. Coordinate, train and recruit linguists who will work on different projects. Complete internal project checks. Ensure that the project is completed by the required milestones and final deadline. Liaise with our client in order to ensure that the project is run smoothly and efficiently and that our product meets their requirements. Complete administrative tasks. Develop a trusted partnership with our client and your colleagues by sharing your expertise and offering your support. Managing translation, post-editing, localization, transcription, coding, overlay and link checking projects for corporate clients. Coordinating the entire production of ISO-compliant multi language complex projects for the Market Research industry from quotation to delivery. Monitoring the budget and financial status of each project.



Using CAT tools to run translation projects, importing, exporting and maintaining TMs. Assessing the quality of linguistic projects to ensure consistently high standards. Linguist and client liaison for queries on projects. Maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients. Meeting revenue and profit margin. Complying with 5 obligatory KPIs, 2 related to revenue and margins, and 3 related to improving the team’s functioning. Managing additions to projects from set up, quoting and delivering. Making a SWOT analysis on high revenue projects.
