Staff Digital Design Engineer

About the Role
As a Staff Digital Design Engineer, you will lead complex digital design projects and provide technical leadership for system-level architecture. You'll influence product direction, guide methodology improvements, and lead small technical teams. This position requires deep expertise across multiple technical domains and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive innovation and excellence in digital design.





Key Responsibilities- Define and develop system-level architectures for complex digital designs- Lead technical teams on complex digital design projects- Guide methodology improvements and best practices across the organization- Influence product direction and technical roadmaps- Collaborate across functions to drive innovative solutions- Engage directly with customers on technical requirements and solutions- Mentor engineers and help develop technical talent

Must Have Skills- Design high performance digital blocks for the latest generation (MEMs) accelerometers and gyroscopes- Participate in all stages of product development, from architecture concept through release to sales and beyond- Knowledge of micro-Electro-Mechanical systems (MEMs) accelerometers and gyroscopes is a plus- Solid knowledge of Verilog language is a must- Familiar with industry standard bus protocols such SPI, I2C, etc....- Experienced
