The Role
Royal Canin is embarking on a major business transformation programme, introducing new technology, standardised processes, enhanced data and analytics, and dedicated change management to support future growth.
As part of the first implementation wave in 2027, the European Key Accounts (EKA)



team is seeking a Master Data Controller & ERP Key User to provide critical operational support during the transition.
This role combines responsibility for maintaining accurate end-to-end master data across major European customers with acting as the key user for the Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system. Working with pan-European stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will support daily operations, drive system improvements, lead technical projects, and play a key role in ensuring business continuity throughout the transformation journey.
