Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with direct experience in technical support in the activities involved in a preclinical research laboratory. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Be well organized with attention to details and ability to multitask. Has the aptitude to learn quickly and feels comfortable adapting to a new platform and/or new priority. Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- Development, validation,



and performance of _ex-vivo_ assays with primary samples from healthy donors and hematology patients.
- Maintenance cell cultures of tumor cell lines and primary samples.
- Performance of protein assays by flow cytometry, ELISA, and WB.
- RNA/DNA extraction and quantification.
- Perform tasks of organization and maintenance of the laboratory and common equipment.
- Updating of databases and keeping the laboratory notebook up to date reporting experimental data.
- Contact and management of orders to external companies and maintenance of laboratory inventory.
- Work independently and/or in collaboration with other team members.
- Support priority projects in the research laboratory.
- Perform a wide variety of basic molecular biology techniques.
- Recognize unexpected outcome/problems; able to trouble-shoot as well as communicates and works with supervisor and colleagues or technical sup
