About the Role

Join Swiss Re as a Microsoft 365 Workplace Engineer

You will participate in continuously improve our existing platforms and services, as well as design and implement new controls and capabilities in order to raise the bar on security, governance and compliance of the Digital Workplace platform at Swiss Re.

Responsibilities:
- Continuous development of the Microsoft 365 core platform including identifying, evaluating, and deploying new platform capabilities, processes, and solutions to meet security and compliance requirements.- Design, architect,



implement and operate Microsoft 365 and Workplace GenAI security and compliance controls that grow with emerging risks and fulfill SwissRe standards.- Ensure best practise around risk management within the Digital Workplace- Assist in third level support cases interfacing both with Microsoft and internal teams- Drive operational excellence and automation, as well as security policy improvements with the Swiss Re security teams and internal partners.- Support us to continuously improve our M365 platform and Exchange messaging service including creation of run books, training and knowledge transfer.- Continuously upskill, improve procedures and share knowledge
