Responsibilities
- Lead and provide technical guidance to a small team working on mechanical and/or electrical aircraft system integration
- Support leadership activities such as workforce planning, performance evaluations, onboarding, and team development
- Carry out assembly tasks, system testing, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and quality checks
- Ensure production orders are completed on schedule and in accordance with quality and safety requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of practical experience in aircraft assembly or aircraft system integration.
- Proficient in mechanical and/or electrical system integration processes and procedures, with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with SAP - Advantage
- Strong leadership abilities combined with effective teamwork, communication skills, integrity, and a customer‑focused mindset.
