Role Overview

We are looking for a Global Account Director to lead key regional client relationships, shaping strategic direction, elevating creative thinking, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth across markets. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is equally comfortable setting the vision and rolling up their sleeves to deliver it.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Growth
- Act as the senior point of contact for regional clients, nurturing relationships built on trust, insight, and shared ambition.
- Understand client business goals, market context, and brand challenges to proactively shape strategic direction.
- Translate client briefs into actionable, creative strategies and ensure flawless execution across touchpoints.
- Lead and grow existing accounts, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and building long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to new business efforts, including pitches, strategic proposals, and cross-market expansion.

Global Strategy & Market Insight
- Leverage knowledge of EMEA markets (with a focus on Benelux, DACH & Iberia) to guide culturally relevant strategies and creative approaches.
