What are we looking for?:




We are looking for a Product Design leader who can inspire and guide the Product Design Team to create innovative, functional, and market-driven outdoor accessories. This person will connect design excellence with deep consumer insight, technical performance, sustainability, and our outdoor heritage to strengthen brand identity and drive integral growth. The role is key to delivering commercially successful collections across neckwear, caps, knitted, gloves, and socks, reinforcing competitiveness, accelerating time-to-market, and supporting long-term business performance in international markets.

About the Role:
- Translate trends into commercial designs that cover functional and aesthetic needs for consumers following the creative direction for the Season set by the Head of Design.
