Your Contribution: Launch the Nordics Region from Scratch
Currently we are looking for a Country Launcher to help us continue our growth.
Working closely with Ales, our VP Sales, and Baptiste, our VP Growth,



you will have the mission to start the Nordics Market from scratch:

Direct Oversight of Nordics Operations: Lead the business activities in the Nordics, including crafting and executing Go-To-Market strategies that align with local market dynamics and company goals.
Doing the 0 to 1: Reaching out to the first prospects, Closing them and making sure they are happy over time.
P&L; Management: Take full ownership of the P&L; account for the Nordics branch. This involves monitoring revenues, managing expenses, and driving profitability.
Team Recruitment and Development: Build and nurture a high-performing local team through strategic recruitment and tailored training programs.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business strategies for the Nordics market, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching objectives.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with both international and local teams to ensure cohesive business operations, sharing best practices a
