ABOUT MENORCA EXPERIMENTAL

Reborn from the glorious remains of a 19th century estate, with 30 hectares of land, Menorca Experimental is an agrotourism hotel that includes two restaurants based on locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine: the main farm, where we serve breakfast and dinner service, the terrace overlooking the pool where guests can enjoy a delicious lunch.

ABOUT THE JOB





The Spa Manager is responsible for the management and day-to-day supervision of spa operations, including the coordination of treatment services, administration and staff management, client relationship management, and monitoring service quality.

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

As part of their duties, he/she will be required to:
- Coordinate spa treatment services, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care in accordance with the hotel’s standards and protocols ;
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate spa staff to ensure professional and high-quality customer service ;
- Contribute to clients’ well-being through an attentive and discreet presence;
- Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene in compliance with applicable regulations and spa standards ;
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms and spa facilities ;
