Apprentice Customer Experience

Your key responsibilities
- Sales Order entry
- Handling customers communication
- Proactive follow up of Shipments to MENA & TR Region.




- Tracking of open Shipments with Firmenich Freight Forwarders (Sea and Air).
- Preparation of Export Documents for the assigned markets.
- Close interaction with Customer Experience, Forwarders, Warehouses
- Processing requests for information / quotation
- Advising CSX on Logistic matters
- Creation of Claims and its follow up with QN Coordinator
- Incoterm handling
- Creation of Reports (Event Manager)
