Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the implementation of global training programs that enable our sales organization to deliver on its strategic ambitions. Acting as a key interface between global and regional stakeholders, you will ensure consistent, high-impact commercial capability building across markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape a global training ecosystem that drives sales excellence and organizational transformation.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This role will be based in any of the Machine Automation office within Europe to support collaboration across Europe, the US and Asia.




- Build and coordinate a global training network with regional counterparts to ensure consistent deployment and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Training Academy, Leadership teams) to leverage and complement existing training offerings without duplication
- Monitor program effectiveness, adoption, and impact, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability of training initiatives

What it takes to Run what runs the world
- +5 years of experience in sales training, commercial enablement, or organizational development preferably in a integral or regional role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
