EIT Urban Mobility is an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union and Europe's largest network for transport innovation in cities.

Our mission is to accelerate change towards a sustainable model of urban mobility and liveable urban spaces. We connect public and private actors and provide them with access to markets, talent, finance and knowledge.

Using cities as living labs, our industry, research and university partners will demonstrate how new technologies can work to solve real problems in real cities by transporting people, goods and waste in smarter ways.

Supernovas is an EIT Community initiative aiming to increase female presence in the entrepreneurship and investment ecosystem, as well as support women already active in it. EIT Community - Women Entrepreneurship (Supernovas) is coordinated among EIT Food, EIT Digital and EIT Urban Mobility.





The EIT Supernovas Promotion and Growth Lead is a position under EIT Community - Women Entrepreneurship (Supernovas) initiative managed by EIT Urban Mobility - Impact Ventures team, directly reporting to Impact Ventures interim Head of Startup Programmes and Services. The EIT Supernovas Promotion and Growth Lead is responsible for coordinating Supernovas community as well as all promotion and growth activities within EIT Supernovas initiative.

- Community and engagement
- Lead and grow the EIT Supernovas Community by engaging women entrepreneurs, investors, ambassadors, and ecosystem stakeholders across Europe.
- Manage community activities and communication channels, fostering networking, collaboration, peer learning, and member participation online and offline.
- Coordinate onboarding and engagement journeys for community members, ensuring active participation in programmes, events, and opportunities
