We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused IT Specialist to join our remote team and help keep our people connected, supported and productive.

Job requirements:
Onboarding New Staff
Set up new team members for success by managing accounts, access, devices and systems.

Troubleshooting Systems
Diagnose and resolve IT issues quickly and effectively to keep our team running smoothly.

Expertise with Aircall
Manage and support our VOIP system using Aircall.

Microsoft Expertise
Confident with all Microsoft packages and 365 environment.

Google Systems
Familiar with all Google Workspace apps and admin tools.
