We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager in retail, ideally in Premium or Luxury retail, for our Outlet in Sevilla, located in The Style Outlet Pol. Industr. Los Espartales, A4 salida 525 Loc.63-64.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail, premium or luxury, of at least 5 years. (Experience in outlets will be highly valued).
- Providing customer service and ensuring that the established standards are met.
- Ensuring customer loyalty and an excellent shopping experience.
- Understanding,



analyzing and communicating commercial reports and results to the team, and making decisions to achieve the defined KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of the product and the brand, and ensuring the team is properly trained.
- Optimizing product display in collaboration with Visual Merchandising and the Store Manager.
- Ensuring that the store facilities are kept in perfect condition.
- High level of English, advanced C1.
