We need a Cashier for immediate incorporation to work 30 hours per week.
- Previous Experience in retail.
- English Fluently B2 or C1 advantage.
- High customer orientation.

In the role as a Cashier,



you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial successs.
- Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop.
- Follow all induction related processes (e.g. Induction Workbook).
- Responsible for inducting new team members to cash desk.
- Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets.
- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity.
- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management.
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets.
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers.
- Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience.
- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management.
- Support Store Management in transaction, complaint & return handling.
