About the Job
Payco is Allianz Technology's next-generation integral platform for payments, collections, and financial subledger capabilities. Built by a small and highly dynamic team, Payco embraces AI-native software development practices from the ground up, leveraging AI coding assistants, automation, and modern engineering approaches to accelerate delivery and innovation.
As AI-Native Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the platform, ensuring that business objectives, technical quality, and delivery milestones are successfully achieved. You will work closely with architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and AI-enabled development teams to establish efficient ways of working, remove delivery obstacles, and continuously improve how software is designed and delivered in an AI-first environment.
This role combines delivery leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and team coordination within a fast-paced and evolving technology landscape.
What you do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Payco platform,



ensuring successful execution against agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
Coordinate a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, product stakeholders, and AI-assisted development workflows to deliver scalable payment, collection, and financial solutions.
Drive project planning, prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and dependency tracking across technical and business workstreams.
Promote and implement AI-native software delivery practices, including AI-assisted development, specification-driven delivery, automated quality controls, and agent-output validation.
Facilitate technical discussions and challenge solution design decisions, architectural trade-offs, and implementation approaches where appropriate.
