Beepings is a fast-growing IoT company helping people protect what they own — through GPS trackers sold across Europe via car shops, moto shops, and automotive retail networks. Our ambition is to become the go-to tracking brand across Europe and beyond. We're building the commercial team that will take us there — and the people joining now will grow with us.
The Role
Spain, Italy and Portugal are three of our biggest untapped opportunities . We're looking for the person to build them from the ground up — opening new shop accounts and growing a reseller base from near zero.
This is a hunter role. Italy and Portugal are greenfield markets. Spain has a small existing base to reactivate. All three require someone who can build relationships with independent shop owners, move fast, and stay self-directed across multiple countries at once.
Full-time, on-site role based in our Barcelona office.




What You'll Be Doing
Independent reseller penetration — the core of the role
- Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns (ES + IT + PT)
- Identify and prospect independent car and moto shops — with support from marketing
- Open new accounts: pitch the product, secure first orders, establish reorder cadence
- Maintain active reseller relationships: regular reorder calls, upsell, sell-out support
- Ensure every active reseller is sorted — properly stocked, has materials, knows how to sell Beepings

Field agents — day-to-day support
- Daily push: ensure agents are visiting shops, generating leads, supporting sell-out
- Performance tracking — flag underperforming agents to Sales Manager early
- Onboard new agents once recruited, help them get up to speed on product and process
