The Team:
The Customer Engagement team is responsible for creating lifelong customer value by leveraging customer insights to improve internal business processes, optimize customer journeys, and tailor experiences so that we can evangelize our customer community to be advocates for Celonis.

Customer Understanding & Journey:



Voice of the customer insights, Cx design and optimization
Customer Connections & Comms: Strategic groups, customer recognition programs and comms
Customer Advocacy: Customer references, stories, and speakers
Executive Programs: Executive customer engagements and thought leadership
About the Role:
