Who are we looking for?

As Marketing Manager you will play a key role at Free Motion. You wil be in charge of managing the team and suppliers with the aim of improving the positioning of the corporate identity and brand image.

You will rock at this role if you:
- Studies in Business Management and/or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Extensive industry knowledge
- Identification with the sports industry, an advantage will be if it´s in the cycling sector
- Experience in supplier and people management
- Experience in the elaboration of corporate identity and brand image
- Proactive and open-minded personality with a practical mindset
- High level of English and Spanish

️Some of your tasks will be:
- Design and implement the marketing and communication plan (on and off-line)
- Evaluate and measure the results, proposing corrective actions if necessary
- Contact and negotiation with suppiers and coordination with other departments
- Support, supervision and control of the team in charge




- Provide monthly performance reports and conclusions to management
