Based in our Barcelona Hub, the Raw Materials Category Manager will drive the end-to-end sourcing strategy for key raw materials supporting some of our most iconic, high-growth brands. In this role, you will take ownership of the category management process—from strategy definition through execution—specifically focusing on the Global Flavors portfolio.
This position offers high visibility, direct exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to design breakthrough sourcing models that reshape our long-term supply chain. Global category management for flavours:




Lead the development of a global sourcing strategy and global category management practices for Flavours for the group.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment and sign off.
Lead the global implementation of sourcing strategies, gaining regional alignment and providing coaching to regional procurement leaders to ensure successful execution.
Establish best-in-class sourcing and contracting practices, enhancing supplier relationship management, allowing clear and auditable financial reporting, and promoting responsible sourcing and sustainability practices
Sourcing
Define and implement the EU regional sourcing approach, aligned with Bacardi’s procurement principles, supply chain priorities, and category needs.
Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management, ensuring best value, continuity of supply, and quality adherence.
