YOUR MISSION

As a Project Manager for Curiosity, you will drive the force behind the Curiosity team's success. To do so, you will lead the way, together with the Scrum Master and our Principle_,_ by combining creativity and management skills to evolve the Empathy Platform in order to create irresistible and meaningful search experiences,



as well as integrate and extend the Platform with efficiency and speed to Empathy’s clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with Empathy goals and coordinate the Curiosity team during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Formulate strategy and direction, implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Organise and lead meetings with clients, as well as internal meetings, and document highlights & actions.
- Communicate proactively with the team to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
